Reviews: From Page to Practice – Readers Voices on 6 Leadership Skills

6 Leadership Skills is more than a book — it’s a practical guide, a spark for reflection, and a source of renewed confidence.

Leaders across industries have shared honest insights and real experiences after reading it, describing how its lessons translated into meaningful change in their leadership and daily work.

Their voices speak to the book’s power to inspire both personal growth and tangible results.

  • With her breakthrough work, „6 Leadership Skills,“ Dr. Eleonora Bonacossa clearly wants to prove, once and for all, that skills like vulnerability, building trust, and creating emotionally safe environments for employees so they can flourish, really are the key skills that today’s leaders will need to learn, if they are to become the effective leaders of the future.

In her manifesto, Eleonora Bonacossa explores how leaders who are comfortable in handling vulnerablity, become the cornerstones for establishing powerful, healthy and effective work environments for their whole team, creating an environment where employees and teams feel appreciated and safe to leave the old fears of shame and punishment for mistakes behind
and instead, feel free to unleash the full force of their immense creativity to help themselves and their teams reach their desired dreams of success.
It also helps them hold together better during those times of trial and stress, such as many organizations are currently facing in this period of immense transition.

Eleonora Bonacossa’s „6 Leadership Skills“ is unlike any other book on leadership currently available and is a work that every manager, CEO, or any individual tasked with leading others simply must read and then read again. This is a book that wants to spark a change in leadership, and it will!

  • The book explored the power of authentic feedback, appreciation, and encouragement. It became clear that these weren’t just „soft skills“ but the very essence of what makes a leader a game-changer.

What struck me most was the emphasis on the delicate dance between vulnerability and courage. She paints a vivid picture of authentic leadership—where embracing your true self becomes the catalyst for building trust and fostering collaboration. It’s not about having all the answers but about being courageous enough to admit when you don’t.

As I delved deeper, the book unfolded practical strategies for proactive listening that felt like a game-changer in itself. Her insights on creating a safe and fear-free zone within the organization were a revelation. Suddenly, the idea of a workplace where ideas flourish, and employees feel valued became not just a vision but an achievable reality.

Why should you pick up this book?
Because it’s not just a book; it’s a journey. A journey towards becoming a better leader—one that she guides you through with authenticity and wisdom. In a world where leadership can sometimes feel like an overwhelming challenge, this book is your friendly companion, motivating you to take that leap towards growth.

    2. Proaktives Hören
Präsenz heißt, nicht nur zu hören, was gesagt wird, sondern auch, was zwischen den Zeilen mitschwingt.

    3. Sicherheit geben

  • Eleonora Bonacossa brings to us the most precise and to the point self help book on the topic of Leadership skills in the form of 6 Leadership Skills to Unleash the Game Changer in You. The book delivers what it says in its title it’s really a game changer for every individual and will really help us build a great and successful team and run it successfully.

The book as the title suggests talks about 6 skills in 120 pages it talks about things like being a good listener, how to give and receive good feedback, and how we can create a safe and healthy environment for our team. The book teaches us that for being a good leader we don’t need to have all the answers but we should be able to ask for advice and help when we are out of ideas, it helps us to create a healthy work environment where everyone’s point of view is given importance. It also points out that to become a good leader we should be able to create a psychological safe environment where everyone is able to give feedback and learn from each other and many other points are being taught in the book.

What I liked the most about this book is that it doesn’t talk in circles, it’s always on point and doesn’t unnecessarily increase the number of pages like most Self-Help books do. The language is simple and easily understood and this book can be read by anyone and my recommendation is that everyone should read this as it will definitely help in self growth.

This will be a great read for self help genre lovers and all of those who want to gain life changing skills by reading books.
