The book teaches us that for being a good leader we don’t need to have all the answers but we should be able to ask for advice and help when we are out of ideas, it helps us to create a healthy work environment where everyone’s point of view is given importance. What I liked the most about this book is that it doesn’t talk in circles, it’s always on point and doesn’t unnecessarily increase the number of pages like most Self-Help books do. The language is simple and easily understood and this book can be read by anyone and my recommendation is that everyone should read this as it will definitely help in self growth.
