I had the good fortune of being coached by Dr. Eleonora Bonacossa. Her magnetic and empathic personality instantly drew me to her and I felt safe to open up to her about the leadership aspect that I was seeking the coaching for.

I think she possesses the miraculous ability to connect with her coachees at a deep and personal level, which explains the high impact her coaching has had on me. I was in her coaching programm „YOU CAN DO IT“ during spring 2024 for 4 weeks with 4 one to one sessions. It is impressive how she understood my concerns and guided me to find answers for those from within myself. That was simply an amazing and transformational process and experience! She works with a wide variety of techniques and knows just which ones to pick for each of her coachhess to enable them to re-discover themselves. The initial stages of coaching needed conscious effort, but the techniques were so simple that I could effortlessly integrate them into my daily life.

Now about 8 months later, as I write this testimonial, I realize how effective that was. I internalised all those messages so well and I moved on, now feeling liberated and emowered. There are more challenges that I would like to address with Dr. Bonacossa’s help in the future.
