I have just finished reading your book. I already know that I will read it several more times. It is inspiring! In the end, it’s all about humanity in leadership. I want to lead exactly as you describe in your book, and I would be grateful if more managers and leaders thought the same way.

We don’t need all the inauthentic ego-driven behavior in leadership. It does no favors to oneself or to employees. With humanity and a sense of togetherness, you achieve so much more!
