Masterclass: “Elevate Your Management Skills with Exclusive Masterclasses led by Thought Leaders”

The 17th edition of the Global Peter Drucker Forum, held at the historic Hofburg in Vienna, gathered global thought leaders, academics and practitioners to address a central question for our time: What do we mean by next-era leadership? The program explored how leadership is shifting from an individual role to a shared relational process — shaped by culture, purpose, psychological safety and the collective intelligence of teams.

Ahead of the Forum, Dr. Eleonora Bonacossa took part in the preparatory Masterclass series, “Elevate your Management Skills with Exclusive Masterclasses led by Thought Leaders.” These sessions offered deep learning with internationally recognized experts, including three prominent scholars from Harvard Business School: Amy Edmondson, Teresa Amabile and Claudio Fernández-Aráoz, whose work continues to influence how organizations think about innovation, human motivation and talent decisions.

Participating in both the Masterclass and the Forum reflects Dr. Bonacossa’s commitment to continuous learning and her curiosity toward the evolving demands of leadership — particularly the growing need for emotional intelligence, responsible impact and relational capability in times of accelerated transformation.
